First Congregational United Church of Christ

We worship together and share the spirit and mission of Christ in our lives. Each person travels their own journey with Christ, and we are here to support and embrace you in Christian love.

Our church is located in the downtown area of Fairmont, the City of Lakes.  We have a strong 150+ year history in the community!

We hold our services in a beautiful building that has handicap accessibility to all three levels:
- The main level sanctuary has beautiful wood accents, lined with stained glass windows that provide a peaceful setting for meditation, worship and praise.   The Church offices are also located on this level. 
- Heritage Hall, in our lower level, is a space often filled with laughter and fellowship with members and friends throughout the year.  A beautifully-remodeled kitchen provides delicious food, and the Fireside Room offers a quiet, homelike atmosphere for small gatherings. 
- The upper level provides balcony seating as well as a large, welcoming space for our Christian Education activities.
